The Check-in app by beamian should help event organisers manage the event and guests lists and scan QR codes when they arrive at the venue.

Our goal was to ensure a faster and more efficient check-in for managers and staff members, and make the first attendees’ interaction less time-consuming and more flawless.

A smooth and fast event registration and check-in as a crucial as part of the core elements that make up an event app.

In collaboration with beamian’s Product Development Team, we designed and built a native app with clean and clear interface that provides a straightforward interaction and app experience for any team members at the events on any mobile device.

On the sign-up process we kept it simple and user-friendly by providing a clear and quick explanation of why users should sign up for the app through a brief tagline and a short paragraph.

When creating the event the user can quickly fill out basic information about the event, such as its name, date, time, location, and complete it later with more detailed descriptions for attendes.

On the guests screen, users can edit and perform attendees check-ins and check-outs, and also add new guests individually or import from spreadsheets.

The app interface and interactions when scanning guests at events, quickly enables faster and more efficient check-in, reducing wait times and minimizing congestion at the event entrance.
